We just left the community this morning and we are back to civilisation. We spent one month without phone, alcool, TV, meat, tobacco and without shoes even for carpentry and gardening, now we have to re-adapt ourselves (mostly for the shoes !).

We learned a lot of things there from making chocolate to capoeïra. Paula learned a lot with gardening, I worked on a new house doing carpentry, we both learned a lot about human relations, unschooling, living out of the grid, how the nature is useful in daily life and how much we can avoid using chemical and industrial things.
Ok, this sounds a bit like if I would be a new hippie guru, but I’m not. I put back my shoes and we are going back to Europe in 2 days! Paula found a job in Strasbourg which is exactly on the border between France and Germany (working for ARTE which is also Franco-German). I’m also going to live in Strasbourg for some months but we are already thinking to come back, probably in October 2015 and probably by boat !

Thank you for following us during this trip. We really enjoy Brazil and we think that you should like it also. We strongly recommend it. Of course we know almost nothing about Brazil – I (Fabien), visit only 3 different places in this country – that’s why we plan to go back!
Fantastique voyage. Dommage je vais te rater de peu, on aurait pu en parler.Bon retour dans la vie quotidienne. Avec un peu de retard, très bon anniversaire. Ça y est, toi aussi tu changes de dizaine !
